BuShips Directive 2311-05 was issued on 17 November 2023 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive opens the Diplomatic Corps posting of Embassy Nouveau Paris.

It is my privilege and honor to announce the following Directive establishing the first (And certainly not last!) independent Civilian Service chapter in TRMN:

Effective as of 0001 Hours on 17 November 2023, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce on behalf of the Home Secretary the Opening of Posting Embassy Nouveau Paris. This is an Embassy posting of the Diplomatic Corps of her Majesty’s Civilian Service.

Due to the responsibilities of this Posting, the following appointments have been authorized by the Home Secretary:
- MINISTER-COUNSELOR (C-13) Linda E. Needham to the position of SPECIAL ENVOY (C-15), Diplomatic Service
Due to the responsibilities of this Posting, the following Temporary appointment has been authorized by the Home Secretary:
- REGIONAL CHIEF (C-17) Richard L. Johnson to the position of SYSTEM CHIEF (C-16), Special Intelligence Service
All Personnel are directed to Manticore Central Control to await transit thru the Terminus. Home Fleet has been designated for escort and protection of Her Majesty's Diplomats.
Upon establishment of this Posting, the license for Consulate General Rigel[1] is expired. All sensitive material is to be returned to Landing City and staff are to stand down all diplomatic activities until reassignment.
