BuShips Directive 1505-01 was issued 5 May 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Tornado (DD-488).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 5, 2015, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Tornado (DD-488), a Roland Class Destroyer assigned to the Second Fleet, based in Park Forest, IL.
As of this date the new command staff for HMS Tornado is as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Geoff Strayer is assigned as CO of HMS Tornado
- Lieutenant Commander Mark Tassin is assigned as XO of HMS Tornado
Bosun and remaining crew of this vessel remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Geoff Strayer to Lieutenant Commander
