BuShips Directive 1305-01 was issued 1 May 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Intrepid (SD-463).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 1, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Intrepid, SD-463, under the command of Captain (SG) Justin Grays. This is an Invictus Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in the Twin Cities area.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Intrepid:
