As of the publication of this Order, the following is effective:
Beginning as of this Admiralty Order, The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. will begin using Policy Documents to handle such matters which Admiralty Orders (and associated Royal Council level orders) would not be appropriate for. This will include all Space Lord Directives, excluding the First Space Lord, which will be converted to the Policy Document format at the earliest possible convenience.
All old documents will retain their current format until they are updated.
All Policy Documents will be reviewed annually by the Document Owner.
The Policy Documents will be further governed and defined by PD-FLA-001
This will be effective immediately
