As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Anne Zecca of the Grayson Space Navy, as Fifth Space Lord (BuPers), Royal Manticoran Navy, with the rank of Admiral, effective 10-SEP-12.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with their above Billet and Ranks.
