As of the publication of this Admiralty Order, the following persons are granted honorary membership in The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association:
- RMN-0002-10-H David Weber as a Civilian and is invested as Duke of Leutzen Vale
- RMN-0006-10-H Sharon Rice Weber as a Civilian and is invested as Duchess of Leutzen Vale
- RMN-0007-10-H Gena Robinson as a Civilian and is invested as Baroness of Silver Heath
