In accordance with PD-SC-1004 Rank and Promotion Policy, having met the Time in grade, promotion point, and training requirements, and with the recommendation of COL Sir John Cauffman, commanding First Brigade, I hereby announce the following promotion by my authority as Adjutant-General in the absence of a 2nd Field Army commanding officer:
2LT Marty BYERS, Stonearch Atmospheric Wing, is hereby promoted to the rank of O-2 FIRST LIEUTENANT in the Royal Manticoran Army.
