Ranger Corporal Kethry Heather has resigned as Head of Civil Telecommunications. In recognition of the excellent job that was performed Ranger Corporal Kethry Heather is awarded the Superior Service Medal (SSM) [39] (equivalent to The Meritorious Service Medal [39].
Thank you for your excellent service.
This order will be effective immediately.
