Re: HOD 004-24 Appointment of Draco Quadrant Secretary

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby announce the creation of the Draco Quadrant. Quadrants are the Civilian Corps Fleet Equivalent. The Draco Quadrant is the Civilians Corps first quadrant. With this order the Embassy Nouveau Paris is assigned to the Draco Quadrant.

I hereby Appoint Sir Christopher Vicchitto RMN-3699-16, to the position of Quadrant Secretary of the Draco Quadrant. Effective this date, 10 February 2024. He is breveted to paygrade/rank of Special Envoy (Diplomatic Corps) C-18 (F-2 equivalent).

Sir Christopher Vicchitto, Special Envoy, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the Home Secretary, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to receive processing to assume your duties as Quadrant Secretary of the Draco Quadrant.
