BuShips Directive 1909-02 was issued on 4 September 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new commanding officer of HMS Truculent.

Commander Falconburg:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain (JG) Mir Plemmons, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Truculent (BC-593) in the defined capacities:
- PO3 Erica Falconburg, RMN (RMN-2765-18), is assigned as Executive Officer relieving Captain (JG) James Falconburg, RMN. PO3 Falconburg is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 04 September 19.
