Sir Steven:

The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Barbarossa (DD-551) in the defined capacities:

LTJG Sir Edward E. Cook, Jr., KDE, QBM, RMN (RMN-2369-14), is assigned as EXECUTIVE OFFICER, relieving LCDR James Conason, RMN.

Based upon the requirements of the service for this billet, he is hereby breveted to the rank of LIEUTENANT (SG), RMN.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank and acknowledge the service of LCDR Conason as the former Executive Officer of HMS Barbarossa.
