Lieutenant (sg) Thompson:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard GNS Mercy (DD-43), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service to the Crown, relieving Captain (sg) Colin Lloyd, MC, OE, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Due to the requirement of the service and this new billet, you are breveted to the rank of LIEUTENANT COMMANDER, RMN.
Additionally, you are further directed to make the following appointments to your command staff:
- LCDR Ian Treagle (RMN-0226-11) is appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
