Captain Strayer:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Demon (CLAC-62), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer in service of the Crown, relieving CAPTSG Sir Sherman Day, KCE, SC, CGM, RMN. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Additionally, the Personnel listed below are appointed under your command in the related capacities:
- LCDR Martin Ariel Garcia (RMN-1133-12) is assigned as Executive Officer, and is brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express its appreciation to Sir Sherman for his service as Commanding Officer.
