Rear Admiral Matthew Parker:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Annual Commanding Officer, Relieving VADM Dame Diane Bulkeley, KDE, KCR, RMN, Baroness New Essex, In service to the crown, no later than 5 November, 2020. Fail not in this charge at your peril. As of this order you are also being inducted into the permanent crew of HMS Unconquered.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank Vice Admiral New Essex for her unswerving dedication as Commanding Officer for HMS Unconquered. As of the time of this order, she shall move to the position of Executive Officer aboard HMS Unconquered, relieving Rear Admiral Dame Christa Brolley, GCE, MC, KR, RMN.

To Rear Admiral New Dover, thank you as well for your service and dedication as previous Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of HMS Unconquered.
