Captain Johnson:
The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS Sabrepike (CA-417) in the defined capacities:
- PO3 Dame Anne Textor, KE, RMN (RMN-4404-17), is assigned as Executive Officer, relieving CDR James “Mike” Moyer, RMN. Dame Anne is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 28 February 2018.
