Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of Captain Junior Grade, RMN

• Senior Chief Petty Officer Sir Robert C. Benton Jr. GCE, RMN (RMN-5043-18) As Bosun, relieving Chief Petty Officer Travis Works, GSN, in service to the Sword.

The above directive is effective on this date, 12 April 2023.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Naron for his service as Commanding Officer of the Cyclops and wish him all success in his future endeavors.

The Bureau of Ships also wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Chief Petty Officer Works for his service as Bosun of the Cyclops and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
