Governance
The overall governance of The Royal Manticoran Navy Fan Association as a 501(c)(7) non-profit organization is governed by a Board of Directors and its various committees and sub-committees.

Fleets and stations
For ease of management, chapters in TRMN are divided into Fleet and Station areas, allowing chapters that are geographically close to each other to communicate. More information can be found on the Fleets page.
The current Fleets are:
First Fleet - Home Fleet
Second Fleet - Gryphon Fleet
Third Fleet - San Martino Fleet
Fourth Fleet - Grayson Home Fleet
Fifth Fleet - Seabring Fleet (Haven Home Fleet)
Sixth Fleet - Sphinx Fleet
Seventh Fleet - Imperial Andermani Expeditionary Fleet
Eighth Fleet - Basilisk Fleet
Tenth Fleet - Talbott Fleet
Thirteenth Fleet - Silesian Fleet

Bureaus of the Space Lords
The day-to-day operations of TRMN are handled through various bureaus, with each managing a particular area of TRMN. In addition to these, each branch will have their own staff, some of which will liaise with the bureaus.
Bureau of Planning - BuPlan - BuPlan is responsible for event planning and recruitment and is run by the Second Space Lord (2SL).
Bureau of Ships - BuShips - BuShips is responsible for the disposition of all Chapters within TRMN including commissioning, decommissioning, and Eschelon organization. BuShips is run by the Third Space Lord (3SL).
Bureau of Communications - BuComm - BuComm is responsible for all Communications for TRMN, including web services, Forums and wiki. BuComm is run by the Fourth Space Lord (4SL).
