The Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff is the governing body under the Board of Directors responsible for the role-play and operational side of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN). Referred to in the Corporate Bylaws as the "Steering Committee", this body replaces the former Royal Council under the new TRMN Bylaws adopted in July of 2023.

As stipulated in the Bylaws; it consists of a Board appointed Director, the Executive Vice-President, the Secretary to the Board, and all Corporate Divisional Vice-Presidents.[1].
