Set Up and Organization of Naval Districts / Expeditionary Forces / Theater Commands

A Naval District of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. is an administrative sub-unit of the main organization. They exist to provide the headquarters function, an ability to more effectively support local units. Because these are official parts of the organization, the Naval District Commander is a direct local representative of the headquarters. As such, they are afforded the use of the tax identification number to assist in booking events for the district. This would be coordinated through the offices of Bureau of Planning and the First Space Lord. The RMMC equivalent is an expeditionary force. The RMA equivalent is a Theater Command. Their command structures will dictate reporting in those subgroups.
