Training Command refers to any of the naval academies of the Grand Alliance. These are:

Saganami Island (SIA) Enlisted Academy Warrant Officers Academy Officers Academy War College Technical Specialties Center King Roger I Military Academy (KR1MA) Landing University (LU) Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy (IMNA) Kaiserlische Andermanische Prinz-Adlebert Marineakademie (KAPAM)

Students who serve in these academies are given the rank of Midshipman, Cadet, or Kadett.
