In respect to the precedent that was established in [[Home Office Directive 013-23|HOD 013-23]], [[Civilian]] branch heads ([[RMMM]], [[RMACS]], [[SIS]], [[Diplomatic Corps]], [[SFC]]) hold the rank minimum of [[C-19]]/[[F-3]]. (Please note that this does not apply to people assigned to chapter command teams, which have set rank limits.) By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, Sir Richard Johson, System Agent C-16 is hereby promoted to RMMM C-19 Quadrant Agent. Effective as of March 5, 2024.
It is my sad duty to announce that Richard Johson has resigned as Director of the [[Special Intelligence Service]], and from TRMN altogether. The office of the Director of Intelligence is being held vacant for the time being.


Sir Richard Johnson, Quadrant Agent, you have done an exemplary job as head of the [[Special Intelligence Service]], thank you for your excellent work.
Thank you for your service Richard, and I wish you the best in all of your endeavors.
