HMS Jonas Adcock (CA-489) is a Saganami-C-class Heavy cruiser within Eighth Fleet. Commanded by CAPTJG Edward Schneider, Jonas Adcock claims Tooele, Utah as her charter city, but is also part of CruDiv 801, which claims the entire American state of Utah as its operating area.
History
Jonas Adcock was first brought into commission on 02 June 2014 under the command of then-CAPTJG Eddy Roberts by order of BuShips. She has participated in many Fleet Events, including Salt Lake City Comic-Con. Eventually, the ship was split into the western suburbs on the Adcock, and the rest of SLC on board HMS Helen Zilwicki on 01 November 2015, forming CruDiv 801.
