BuShips Directive 1309-03 was issued 5 September 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Havoc (DD-01).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 15, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Havoc, DD-01, under the command of Lt. Commander Jaeryn Spedden. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Omaha, NE.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Havoc:
- Commander Jaeryn Spedden (assigned as CO of HMS Havoc)
- Lieutenant, s.g. Lee Kolb (assigned as XO of HMS Havoc)
- Chief Petty Officer Anna Crowson (assigned as Bosun of HMS Havoc)
- Spacer 3rd Class Andrew Kolb
- Spacer 3rd Class Crystal Spencer
- Spacer 3rd Class Chris Gaddie
- Spacer 3rd Class Steven Holdren
- Spacer 3rd Class Terry Muller
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Jaeryn Spedden to Lieutenant Commander
- Lee Kolb to Lieutenant, s.g.
This also Decommissions HMLAC Velociraptor.
