As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct the Duke New Arkhangelsk, Admiral Lord Sir Scott Akers, KCR, Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Commander, effective 03-MAY-11 as a reward for his donations, totaling $500.00 since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KDE and the privilege of being addressed as “Sir”.
