As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Rear Admiral of the Red Eugene Haggerty, as Member of the Order, with the class of Officer, effective 06-MAR-11 as a reward for his donations, totaling $148.00 since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honour and privilege associated with their above Class, including the post-nominal letters of OE.
