BuShips Directive 1312-01 was issued 9 December 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Pinnace Gryphon-02.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on December 9, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce a change in a member of the Command team for Pinnace Gryphon-02. Peter Keller is replacing D?Art Witherspoon as Bosun. There are no other changes for the Command team or crew of this Pinnace.
This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Kevin Johnson and is assigned to the HMS Gryphon and Second Fleet. This Pinnace is based in Franklin, OH.
Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:
Peter Keller to Chief Petty Officer
D?Art Witherspoon is hereby returned to the permanent rank of Spacer 3rd Class
