BuShips Directive 1404-01 was issued 1 April 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Rigel (BC-591).
Order Text
Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 1, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Rigel, BC-591. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, j.g. Ed Wandall, CBM, as Commanding Officer
The XO, Bosun and other crew of HMS Rigel remain unchanged at this time.
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Ed Wandall to the rank of Captain, junior grade
