As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby promote Captain (j.g.) Michael Paquette to the position of Commanding Officer of the HMSS Greenwich, in accordance with Admiralty Order 1407-01 with the rank of Captain (s.g.).
