BuShips Directive 1201-02 was issued 10 January 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions GNS Leah, a chapter designed to represent members living in Continental Europe.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 10, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the GNS Leah, CL-25. This is a Grayson light cruiser under the Command of Commander Laura Sophia Lüschen (Lueschen) and is assigned to the Grayson Space Navy.
- The Executive Officer of this Ship is Lieutenant Commander Galceran Orriols
- The CPO for this Ship is Chief Petty Officer Ryan Connor Gerrard
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to the GNS Leah:
