As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, for his unfaltering and excellent service as Director of the 4th Fleet Cup and his continued efforts surrounding the cup, I hereby award Chief Petty Officer Benjamin Wagner the Meritorious Service Star (Meritorious Service Medal).
