As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I announce the Change of Command for HMS Helen Zilwicki, CA-548.
The new Command Staff for HMS Helen Zilwicki is:
- CPO Christopher Roche is appointed as Bosun
