Corps Directive 02-2312 was issued 16 December 2023 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps. It announced the appointment of a new Chief of Staff to the Marshal of the Corps.

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps
From:	Marshal of the Corps Mike Houghtaling, Commandant of the RMMC
Re:	Appointment of Chief of Staff, Marshal of the Corps (Corps Directive 02-2312)

I would like to think all those that applied for the Chief of Staff position.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Brigadier General Martin Tizura, KE, SC, OG, NS, DSO, CGM, RMMC to the position of Chief of Staff, Marshal of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. Brigadier General Tizura, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, Office of the Commandant (RMMC) post haste where you will assume the duties of duties of Chief of Staff for the Marshal of the Corps.
