HMS Princess Samantha (CA-100) was a Prince Consort-class Heavy Cruiser within Third Fleet. Commanded by CAPTJG Karolyn Byers, Princess Samantha claimed Waynseboro, VA as her charter city.
History
Commissioned under the command of Captain (Junior Grade) Karolyn Byers in November of 2014 Princess Samantha was initially assigned to Third Fleet and based out of Waynseboro, VA.[1] Not destined for a long service, she was turned over to the Active Reserve in June of 2015 as the crew upgraded to HMS Salamander.[2]
