BuShips Directive 1410-08 was issued 29 October 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Hotspur (DD-02).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 29, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Hotspur, DD-02. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Second Fleet, based in Michigan City, IN.
The following personnel are assigned to HMS Hotspur, DD-02:
- Commander Sherman Day (and assigned as CO of HMS Hotspur)
- Lieutenant, s.g. R. Al Hood (and assigned as XO of HMS Hotspur)
- CPO Joshua Binder (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Hotspur)
- Spacer 3rd Class Ursula Day
- Spacer 3rd Class Matt Dodgen
- Spacer 3rd Class Amanda Ritthale
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- R. Al Hood to Lieutenant, senior grade
- Joshua Binder to Chief petty Officer
