As of the date of this Order, by my hand, I hereby appoint Eric Neve to the role of Staff Intelligence Officer for the First Lord of the Admiralty. This Officer is tasked with coordinating the Special Projects of TRMN and all of her divisions as needed.
For this work, this Officer is awarded the rank of Captain Junior Grade, with all the rights, responsibilities, and privileges this confers.
