BuShips Directive 1610-06 was issued 25 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It relieves the commanding officer of the GNS Mercy.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, after having been informed that she has resigned, I hereby relieve Commander Elisabeth Bickerton of her position as Commanding Officer of GNS Mercy, DD-43.
In addition, I do hereby direct the Executive Officer of GNS Mercy that he has thirty (30) days to complete a Change of Command form naming a new Commanding Officer and Bosun who have both completed all required testing for the rank they are to assume. Failure to comply with this directive will result in GNS Mercy being decommissioned.
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 25-OCT-16
