Konteradmiral Zoeller:
Having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of the Sovereign, His Most Imperial Majesty Gustav XI, you are hereby appointed a VIZEADMIRAL (F-3) in His Majesty’s Navy, promotion to be effective the 21st day of July 2024.
Selection was by vote unanimous of the Flag Officer Promotion Board. Congratulations Vizeadmiral Zoeller!
