Appointments and Brevets of Flag Officers within the RMN Branch (Admiralty Order 2212-01)

Admiralty Order 1510-02 is hereby partially rescinded with respect to minimum flag ranks for
all positions under the direct authority of the First Space Lord of the Royal Manticoran Navy.
The Office of the First Space Lord shall have full authority to appoint and/or brevet flag officers
for billets under their direct or indirect command. Promotions of flag officers based on time in
grade shall continue to use the flag promotion policy under Admiralty Order 1701-01.
This order is issued with an effective date of 01 December 2022.
