The Queen's Lifesaving Medal (abbrev. QLM) is the "Wounds" award issued to qualifying civilian personnel.
Equivalent precedence awards
"Wounds" awards for other branches include the Wound Stripe for Manticoran military personnel.
TRMN Information
In The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN), the QLM is issued for qualifying blood donations.
The QLM was introduced as an award in Admiralty Order 1703-02.
