Admiralty Order 1202-04 was issued February 25, 2012, by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It sets out the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. dress code and minimum standard for wear at conventions when representing TRMN.

| Re: | Recruiting/Convention Table Minimum Dress Code (Admiralty Order 1202-04) |
As of the date of this Order, 23-FEB-12, any person manning a Recruiting Table at a Convention shall be required to meet at least this minimum dress code.
- Shirt: This should be either a TRMN “Do It With Honor” shirt available from our spreadshirt store, the TRMN Polo Shirt available through BuSup, or any Honorverse related shirt.
- Pants: Jean or black pants are preferred, however, any pants are acceptable.
