Surgeon Lieutenant (SG) Sir Philip C. Culmer, KDE, RMN is an officer in the Royal Manticoran Navy. He is a contributor for the TRMN Wiki Team.
TRMN Career
LTSG Culmer is currently the Speaker of the House of Commons and the Ship's Surgeon of the HMS Pegasus. Previously, he was the Chief Corpsman and then Chief Personnelman on the HMLAC Constantine and before that a Corpsman on the GNS Albion.
He is a Knight Commander of the Order of Queen Elizabeth, a Magna Cum Lauda member of the Mark West Society, and holds a Baccalaureate from King's College, Landing. He has previously taught Electronics at Saganami Island, and the History of Medicine at Mannheim University
