Surgeon Lieutenant Commander Sir Philip C. Culmer, KDE, MC, KR, QBM, RMN, Baron Longsdale is an officer in the Royal Manticoran Navy. He is a contributor for the TRMN Wiki Team.
TRMN Career
LCDR Culmer is the Second Baron Longsdale, and the Ship's Surgeon of the HMS Pegasus. Previously, he was Speaker of the House of Commons, and earlier was the Chief Corpsman and then Chief Personnelman on the HMLAC Constantine; before that, he was a Corpsman on the GNS Albion.
He is a Knight Commander of the Order of Queen Elizabeth, a Knight of the Order of King Roger. a Magna Cum Lauda member of the Mark West Society, and holds a Master's Degree from King's College, Landing. He has previously taught Electronics at Saganami Island, and the History of Medicine at Mannheim University
