As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sir David Weber, Duke of Leutzen Vale, the Prime Minister of Manticore.
As per the direction of her Majesty, Elizabeth III of Manticore, Sir David will be permitted to retain his rank of Fleet Admiral of the Green and will be placed on Half Pay, thereby extending him permission to wear his uniform on ceremonial occasions or as he sees fit.
