As of the publication of this Admiralty Order, Captain Junior Grade Jan Cabrnoch, in accordance with his role as the Commanding Officer of the Seventh Naval District and Andermani Fleet, is hereby promoted to Commodore in accordance with Admiralty Order 1009-02
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Rank.
