Senior Civil Service Medal (SCSM)

Branches:	Diplomatic Corps - SIS - civilians

The Senior Civil Service Medal (abbrev. SCSM) is an award issued to qualifying civilians with paygrades of C-11 or higher.

The SCSM is a "Time in Service" award for 10 years service, of equivalent precedence level to:

Manticoran Service Medal (issued to the military branches and the uniformed civilian service branches.

The SCSM was introduced as an award in Admiralty Order 1703-02.
