Admiralty Order 1202-03 was issued February 18th, 2012 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It establishes the precedence of Admiralty Orders and manuals published by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

As of the date of this Order, 18-FEB-12, Manuals take precedent over any Relevant Admiralty Order published before the manual was printed. Any Admiralty Order published after may modify a Manual until a Manual Revision is published, at which point the Manual again take precedent over relevant Admiralty Orders.
