BuShips Directive 1610-09 was issued 30 October 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It decommissions HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413).

| Re: | Decommissioning HMS Kodiak Max (BuShips Directive 1610-09) |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I Decommission HMS Kodiak Max (CA-413) and place the ship in the Reserve Fleet for future use as may be needed. The crew of this vessel is hereby transferred to the HMSS Greenwich (SS-001).
In addition, I do hereby direct the Bureau of Personnel to reduce the following member of the HMS Kodiak Max to their permanent ranks as indicated below:
- Greg Moyle to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7)
- Brett Holloway to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8)
This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-OCT-16
