Naval Directive 15NO-03 was issued 11 November 2015 under the authority of the First Space Lord. This order establishes Task Group 61.9 within Sixth Fleet under the command of Captain (SG) Brett Price.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish joint service Task Group 61.9 to serve in the 6th fleet area of operations.
This unit shall be composed of CLACDiv 611:
- HMS Hydra (CLAC-19) (Division and Task Group Flagship)
- HMS Pegasus (CLAC-26)
- HMS Bravery (CL-21)
And screening elements composed of
As of the date of this order, by my hand, Captain Senior Grade Brett Price is commanded to take charge of this unit.
