As the organization grows, and people are needed to fill posts, the First Lord of the Admiralty, with approval of the Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps and Commandant of the Royal Manticoran Army may promote Officers to their Billet Ranks and issue a Peerage Award if the position would be deserving of one. | |||
These officers would still be required to complete all required Academy Courses for their rank within 9 calendar months or forfeit rank to the highest Academy Level completed until it they have finished.
