BuShips Directive 1609-15 was issued 30 September 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes the command of HMS Reliant (BC-401).

Spacer Fannon:
By the authority of the Third Space Lord, Admiral of the Green Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, SC, OR, Earl New Mecklenburg, you are hereby requested and required to proceed to HMS Reliant (BC-401), a Reliant-class Battlecruiser currently on station with the Eighth Fleet, and assume permanent command, relieving Captain Benyamin Loyola, GSN. You are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN, in accordance with BuShips policy with respect to assuming command of a Battlecruiser type vessel.
